Call for Papers
- Calls for papers are disseminated through the CPSC website, IJAPT website, CPSC social media platforms, and mailing list.

Submission of Research Manuscript
- Authors must submit their manuscripts within the prescribed deadline.

Initial Screening of Submitted Manuscripts
- The Editorial Team screens all submitted manuscripts to ensure alignment with IJAPT's focus and scope.

Notification of Screening Results
- Authors are informed of the screening results within two weeks after the submission deadline. Manuscripts that do not meet the criteria are rejected, while qualified submissions proceed to peer review.

Double-Blind Peer Review
- Reviewers evaluate the manuscripts using set criteria and are given two weeks to complete the review. The reviewers can recommend one of the following:
- accept without revision;
- accept with minor revision;
- accept upon major revision; or
- reject.

Dissemination of Peer Review Results
- The Managing Editor informs the authors of the status of the review once completed. Editors may directly revise the manuscripts given minor revisions as suggested by the reviewers. For major revisions, the manuscript will be sent back to the author for further revision.

Final Review and Quality Checks
- Accepted manuscripts undergo final proofreading and are checked for plagiarism and AI usage using authorized tools.

Notice of Acceptance
- The Editorial Team notifies the author(s) of an accepted manuscript through an official acceptance letter, which includes the payment procedure for the publication fee. Upon receipt, the author (corresponding author, if the manuscript has multiple authors) will submit their consent for publication along with the proof of payment to the Editorial Staff.

DOI Registration
- The metadata of accepted manuscripts are registered in a journal repository for DOI generation.

Publication and Dissemination
- Articles are published on the official IJAPT website and circulated to stakeholders.
